MANAGED ACCOUNT PROGRAM CHARACTERISTICS:
Client accounts are traded in a dedicated master PAMM (Percent Allocation Management Module) Account for that specific system. Due to the "next generation" PAMM technology, the percentage results shown on each Systems Results page would apply equally to ALL clients of that system, regardless of the amount you invest.
The point is that whether you have $50,000 or $500,000 or $1,000,000 in your account, the PAMM distributes all gains, losses, and trading fees on a percentage basis such that all accounts obtain the same percentage returns.
Unlike mutual funds or hedge funds which commingle your funds with other investors, your managed Forex account is in your name and all or part of your funds can be redeemed within a few days.
The trader has the Limited Power of Attorney to trade the account only.
Only you have deposit or withdrawal authorization.
You also have read-only access to your account, which will enable you to track account equity and balance in real-time and create account statements online 24-hours a day.
The trading programs herein described have been developed for sophisticated traders who fully understand the nature and the scope of the risks that are associated with forex trading.
No representation is being made that participating in a particular trading program will necessarily lead to profit. Investors may incur into a series of consecutive losses and substantial equity-draw-downs that can deplete their funds before the occurrence of any meaningful profit accumulation.
No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
You should consider whether you are willing and able, financially and otherwise, to assume the risk of foreign Exchange trading. Guarantees of profit or freedom from loss are impossible in foreign exchange trading.
This brief statement does not disclose all of the risks and other significant aspects of trading in foreign exchange. In light of the risks, you should undertake such transactions only if you understand the nature of the contracts (and contractual relationships) into which you are entering and the extent of your exposure to risk.
Trading in foreign exchange is not suitable for many members of the public. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your experience, objectives, financial resources and other relevant circumstances.
Performance results are based on the system employed by the program.
Past performance is not indicative of future results, as returns may vary according to market conditions. Trading in foreign exchange is speculative and may involve the loss of principal; therefore, funds placed under management should be risk capital funds that if lost will not significantly affect one's personal financial well being. This is not a solicitation to invest, and you should carefully consider the suitability of your financial situation for investment prior to making any investment or entering into any transaction.
